One Minute Recycling Survey

The California Department of Conservation/Division of Recycling (DOR), the California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB), and the Department of Toxics Substance Control (DTSC) have embarked upon a collaborative Recycling Web Portal Project designed to provide the California public with a centralized web location, to help California residents locate recycling centers/opportunities in their communities.

Each agency has posted a web site satisfaction survey on a number of their web pages, as well as their home page. The goal of this survey is to develop baseline data that will illustrate how well each web site is performing, or can best serve the needs of each agency’s customers.

All residents in California are invited to take the survey.  It only takes a minute or two to complete.  This partnership is the first of its kind at the state level, and may prove to be a legacy project. Each agency website will be rated and tabulated individually. Below is a list of those sites where you can find the survey.
